Shipping costs
The U.K. shipping cost for standard framed art is £35. Your art will be sent via a tracked UPS service, or via specialist art couriers. A free delivery service is available for all unframed art or a local pickup option is also available at checkout.

International Shipping
For international shipping, please contact us before you place an order. We will then provide you with a bespoke shipping quotation, which is calculated based upon the delivery address, size and shipping preferences.

Delivery Times
Delivery of framed artwork can take up to two weeks, but we aim to have it to you 3-5 business days. For a lead time longer than this we will contact you directly.
Taxes
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to local import duties or taxes. Please note these additional costs are outside of our control and are payable by the customer to the local organization concerned. We accept no liability for failure to comply with any local laws or regulations.
Shipping Policy
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability when an order is placed. If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you on the day that the purchase has been made. Goods are normally dispatched within 3 days, and if we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order. Shipping of an artwork will not take place until full payment has been made.

Coupon Codes
Coupon codes credited to the customer are applied at the discretion of Jessica Lawrence. The use of a coupon code is authorized by Jessica Lawrence for each order, and your order confirmation does not guarantee a successful purchase. Should a coupon code be redeemed on products that are not valid, the item will not be shipped and we reserve the right to cancel the order until the full purchase price has been paid. If you are unsure, please contact us for clarification on the full terms and conditions before you place your order, to determine whether the coupon code is viable for your artwork(s).
